1. Information We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address and password (stored securely via Supabase Auth). When you upload a capability statement, we extract and store your company name, NAICS codes, certifications, core services, employee count, annual revenue, geographic focus, and past performance details. When you upload an RFP for grading, we store the document text and the AI-generated grade results.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your capability profile to grade RFPs against your qualifications and generate tailored proposal drafts. We use your email to authenticate you and send transactional notifications (such as payment receipts). We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or uploaded documents with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. AI Processing
Your capability statement text and RFP text are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for analysis. This data is processed in accordance with Anthropic's usage policies. We do not use your data to train AI models. Anthropic does not retain API inputs or outputs for model training purposes.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored in a Supabase-managed PostgreSQL database with row-level security enabled. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
5. Payment Information
Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full card details on our servers. We store only your Stripe customer ID and subscription ID for billing management.
6. Your Rights
You may access, update, or delete your profile data at any time via the Settings page. To request full account deletion including all stored RFPs and grades, contact us at [email protected]. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication session management only. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or analytics cookies.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the application.
