You are evaluating public opportunities with your own company information. You should know exactly how that information is handled. Here it is, plainly, including what BidIQ+ is not.

Your data is never sold or used to train AI

Your capability statement and the RFP text you paste are used only to grade fit and draft proposals for you. They are never sold. They are never used to train AI models. Anthropic does not retain API inputs or outputs for model training.

US-based infrastructure

The application runs on Vercel and your data is stored in a Supabase-managed PostgreSQL database in the United States. No offshore processing of your capability data.

Encrypted in transit and at rest

All traffic is served over TLS. Data is encrypted at rest in the database. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth.

Tenant isolation (row-level security)

Every table enforces row-level security, so your records are readable only by your account. One customer cannot reach another customer’s data.

Payment data never touches our servers

Checkout runs entirely through Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer and subscription IDs, never your card number, CVV, or full card details.

You can delete it anytime

You can update or delete your profile from Settings. For full account deletion, including stored RFPs and grades, email [email protected] and we process the request.

What we send to AI, and what we don't

To grade an opportunity, BidIQ+ sends the RFP text and your capability statement to Anthropic's Claude API and receives a fit score and draft language back. That is the only place your text is processed by AI. It is not sent anywhere else, not shared with other customers, and not retained by Anthropic for model training.

What BidIQ+ is not

BidIQ+ is a bid-qualification tool for publicly posted opportunities. It is not a FedRAMP-authorized or CMMC-certified environment, and it is not built to store classified information or Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). If your work requires handling CUI or classified material, use an environment authorized for it. For qualifying public RFPs against your capabilities, this is the right tool, and we would rather tell you that plainly than sell you a badge we don't hold.
